COVID-19 Testing 

COVID-19 Testing

(All Services Are Free)

1. We have available the "Quickview" COVID-19 rapid antigen test. This test will take 15-20 minutes to deliver results.

2. We also have available the PCR COVID-19 testing. This test delivers results in 2 to 4 days.

3. We supply work/school excuse documentation pending testing results.

COVID-19 Vaccination

We offer the following vaccines and boosters at PAIN-C.

1. BioNTech, Pfizer vaccine (Initial series and the booster)

2. Moderna Vaccine (Initial series and the booster)

3. Janssen (J & J) (Initial series and the booster)

Veteran Care Services

We regularly offer Veteran Care services to include:

1. Completion of Active duty and retired medical paperwork.

2. Compensation and Pension Examinations (C & P).

3. Recommendations for service connection submission.

4. COVID-19 Vaccination & testing
